Significant Technical Input
I'm back home finishing the stage 1 software and will be here for a very limited time. I have the new alternator brackets and hardware with me. The powdercoat didn't come out as a work of art but it's a bracket on the bottom of the engine so it will do. Everyone who wants me to ship them to them please send a minimal payment, even just one penny is fine, to sales@ecutune.com and remember to mark it as for an item when it asks. This will let me print shipping labels to the correct address through paypal. And by all means please send the old brackets back to me so I can update them and have them in stock (that's not really a request. if you aren't going to send me back the old bracket don't ask for the new one).

Mike, do you think you could fab up a 6 rib alt pulley?? If so then you can keep both of my brackets and I will put the alt up top in place of the AC

You should be able to buy that at the auto parts store. Just take one in with you and you should be able to match it up with something they have in stock. Most cars with serpentines use six ribs.

well, Mike's design was great for keeping the A/C and the alt when he made the stage 3. Only problem is, it was mounted to the oil pump. Since I drive around in the city I have killed 2 oil pumps thus far. In an effort not to do it again, I have ultimately decided to get rid of the A/C. Losing weight and keeping oil flowing...

I am having trouble finding a 6 rib pulley for the alt so I have to run a 5 rib belt until I can find a 6 rib pulley... If anyone wants to know how to set this up I can describe it. once I get a better camera I will take a picture of the mounting braket I almost lost my foot making

Tom,
Nice! Now you just have to figure out how to put an A/C unit in the trunk

also, I am going to working out routing another idler under the alt. I think my belt slip issues are on the crank pulley and not the blower itself... More later... BTW you can see the top of the alt bracket on the right side of the alt. It is secured to the intake manifold and the head VIA A/C compressor mounting point on the head and the original a/c bracket on the front of the intake.

I can see where you would get slip on the crank pulley. There isnt alot of rap there.

It was a pita but I was able to fab up a new idler pulley. I had to cut...cut...cut...grind...cut...cut... tap weld... the old A/C tensoner bracket to mount the extra timing belt idler where I wanted it. It is a tight squeeze for the belts... but it should fix my issues. Now I need to buy a 54" belt instead of the 51" I was running. I am gonna check out alt pulleys tonight
