tempermental headlight fix
if any of you have the same problem i had, on your left low beam, i had to play with it a bit to get it to stay on, just take an elastic band and wrap it around the bottom of the connector, and take the other end and wrap it around the clip that holds that hose . trust, it works

I would check the bulb and the socket to see if they are burned out. I installed some crap Eurolite's in my SVX and they burned out both sockets. I replaced both bulbs and sockets and all has been good since.

I pulled the boot off the connector assembly and tried unsuccessfully to pull each connector out of it. I am sure that there is a doodad that needs to be pushed or pulled but I could not find it. I finally used sand paper to clean the inside of each connector, bent them in slightly for a snugger fit, cleaned the connectors on the bulbs, and voila! On the other hand, rubber bands are a wonderful invention. The guys at work use them in all sorts of mechanical applications and refer to them as "Johnson Springs" (we are a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson). Matt
