no more??!!

well i didnt drive my svx for a week straight..... before the week of sitting i changed the oil got a new battery, messed with the exhuast a lil.... but then i didnt drive it for a week... then i go to drive it and guess what??!! My hesitation, my stalling, my spuddering and mising all gone!!!!! I couldnt believe it, even when it used to completely be missing in 4th gear i cant even get a damn misfire out of the thing!!! How the hell did this happen?? i used my obd2 reader on my computer and it showed my computer finally took some readings of the EGR, and O2 sensors... the readers showed up after i took off my resignator to see what it sounds like, i put it back on of course because it was extremely annoying!! Any ideas??
