Dragway 42 W. Salem,Ohio Meet

I figured I'd start this off with a poll to find the best date for people for show up and run their cars or just hang out and watch. I figure we can narrow it down to the part of the month first then decide on which tuesday in that half of the month will be good. The meet will be for the test & tune at Dragway 42 in W.Salem Ohio on a Tuesday. The cost is 10 dollars to run all night or 5 dollars to watch. The website for details is here:http://www.dragway42.com/

So lets get to it and decide on a date and sign up.

Well I guess I'll vote first, and my vote is for the second half of sept as between work and my stepdaughters being here in the summer, summer is just too dang busy for me!

Great! Hope to see you and some others there. I'm not voting because it really doesn't matter to me when it is. I'm always free on a tuesday and I just want to race and hang out with some SVXer's.

I physically can't attend and won't cast a vote (inorder to not skew any results), but from a pure performance standpoint, a meet in late September would be much better for running fast times as the temps will be significantly cooler than August.

I'll bet if you took your time it would take you 4 Hours and 44 minutes. I would help you pay for gas if you came Svxfiles. As a matter of fact, Who wants to throw in some money and get to see Svxfiles supercharged bust some records?

P.S. I need my muffler by the time this meet hits Tom. I have records to break too.

I agree Chike. If I really want to lay some runs down, I'll go in late october, But right now the times aren't as important as hanging out with some SVXer's.

Lets do the math, 220#s or so, minus 140#s, or so,you SHOULD be 0.8 mph faster, and 0.09 quicker. (in the quarter)

I just gotta get some carbon fibre clothes! That should help!
