I don't know why mine didn't work the other day when the drugie down the road ripped off my stereo and damaged my door.

Luckily I was able to bang the bigger dents out of my hood from the other side iwth a rubber mallet.

It's still noticable, but not as bad as before.

You do realize that Subaru is a Japanese company as well right?

Cheaters of the market?....By offering high build quality and awesome reliability?

Poor performance? "Sluggiest designs"? Have you ever heard of a Toyota Supra Twin Turbo, Acura NSX, Nissan Skyline GT-R or 300ZX Twin Turbo, Mazda RX-7?

Hi BurgundyBeast,

Hey I never said i dont like Acura...(though it is of Honda's... infact my sister's is Acura Integra)...Yeah i know tht Subaru is also a Japanese Company and I like it not on the basis of its origin ... on the basis of technology, reliability and high-end engineering with top quality ergonomics and comfirtness. My intension of sluggiest designs are in the sense of Civic and Accord (turbo),the only famous and high sellin models for them. Coming to Toyota... anyway I dont like its any of the designs.. even the design of supra.... i vote for dodge viper/stealth instead of it. Coming to GT-R, 300ZX i would rather prefer a corvette over them and coming to RX-7, i would prefer camaro over it.

anyway those are my views and sorry if i hurt ur feelings .....

Pavan.

Hey, Tim, I'm sorry man.. glad its a little better now that you've hammered it out. seeing as how you're online right now i'll just tell you that now

yeah... umm about honda... its the one company that hasn't had any GOOD cars. toyota used to have the supra which was awesome, the celica all-trac was decent, but they've since totally gone limp.. (yeah, they're building up the v6s a bit now.. ) but seriously.. the NSX... overpriced, and underperformed... cool styling though

Yea its not bad at all now but the dings are there. They're similar to the door dings we all are used to but a little bigger and centralized in a general spot on my hood.

It turns out after I filed the report (figures)... My neighbor (old lady) spoke to my dad about what she heard that night. She said the neighbor got into a fight with some other kid and they started fighting right near my car and one of the kids fell onto my car. She didn't know that car belonged to me so she didn't call the police or anything.

Oh well.. Since I called the police and the kids over there saw, they havent been hanging out late at night since.

Hey Pav, I don't really dislike any companies (with the possible exception of Dodge) but I'll try to think something up for Toyota, just to be obstinate it's the dressed up to look fast hondas that I dislike...

Hey, I just realized my soda bottle has more displacement than your car

But Lexus is Toyota Just about every Lexus has a Toyota that is almost identical mechanically.

So sorry to hear about your hood, Tim.

I can't believe your alarm did not trigger from that. When I was working a second job I parked my SVX in the front close to the street and any time a tractor trailer rolled by my alarm went off. I kept hearing this and thinking who the f##k's alarm keeps going off?? Here it was mine! I can't imagine that your's would not have triggered with someone pounding of your hood repeatedly like that unless something was wrong with your motion sensor.

Anyway, I hope you can get some kind of justice. You have to make no apologies here for stresing about the hood damage. I think we can all understand your feelings. I know I do.

Best of Luck

Johnny

yeah i know tht, but u r not getting my point.... this is also just the case like Acura.... i dont hate acura as it is of Honda's nor I like it as I like subaru. the same case with Lexus (Toyota) and Infinity (Nissan). But among all these my preference is for Lexus.

I will tell u one thinng, u tell me whether it is odd or not.... one day when I was at my sisters place, my sister asked me to check whether she has to change her oils or not. then I went to the car (Acura, as u know it will be having Acura symblos every where like on the steering, front and back and on seats etc....but when i opened the hood, i was surprised to see it .... on the engine it is written as "Honda motor corporation"... though it is of Honda's... I haven't expected it on it.

anyway lets stop this topic overhere, so tht other guys can discuss on the actual topic...
Pavan.
