what kind of aluminum aloy are the stock wheels made of?

That is a tough question... if ya that a stock wheel laying around post all the numbers and things written on the back or inside of the wheel... I'll go get my "Avaition Metals" book and look up the codes... Good that you cought me... That is apart of one of the classes that I'm talking right now... Construction of Airframes... Aluminum is used alot in Airplanes...
