burping engine, easy stupid fix...

well i had thouht that my rings were worn out, but it turns out the cause is realy dumb. There is a proprietary gasket(go figure) that is in a ball type gasket connecting the center section to the muffer. I consequently dont have much of a gasket left.
My car had been making a burping sound on the way down when revving the engine. I figured it was worn rings, or something of the such of a small backfire. But holding the center section tight, with a little tack weld and some gasket sealer(till i have money) and it went away! this car is a trooper, i race the hell out of it, and it just keeps getting better!
