Formula 101
Went to a Formula 101 event last week. Four hour session gets you about 15-20 minutes of seat time. But what a 15 minutes. About 30-40 laps around the below two circuits, about 3/8 of a mile each.
 Driving a Formula Ford type open wheeled car. About 135 horsepower in a 900 lb. dry weight vehicle, four speed transmission. Zero to 60 in under 5 seconds. Get up to about 65 mph on these tracks. Just about top out 3rd gear at 5500 rpm. Here is the car:  Her I am putting the car on. You wear it, instead of getting into it. Walked around with a big grin the entire weekend. Will definitely do it again.  So after this, I'm ready to try Autocross in my SVX.

www.formula101.com The events are held in the parking lot of the big Hershey amusement park in Hershey, PA. They also do them someplace in Ontario, I think.
