ABS problem

Has anyone experienced the ABS warning light with a "10" code, = the relays are bad or bad connection ? The check ABS light would come on and off intermittently at first w/ the same 10 code but now on to stay. The relays are good per my check and even changed out the one with the common plug array.

Curious if anyone has had this ABS code and actually found what fixed it for them. SVX is a 1992 with 90K miles. The manual has me accessing the control module under the pass. seat and checking various wire resistance, etc. Someone who lucked out and tried something easier?!!
