clank clank clunk
under acceleration i hear and feel a clunk clunk clunk from the passenger side front and its really bad when the wheels are turned to the right.
i looked under the car and all feels snug (by hand pulling and pushing) any ideas? hub? cv joint? suspension? tie rod?

Sounds like a CV joint from your description, but depending on how much you "feel" it, it could be your differential.

I agree. It's probably either an axle or a front differential. Axles tend to be more of a "click" or a "pop" than a "clunk", though.

well if it is the diff...anyway i can fix it?
i'll try to get a vid on...now sure if you'll be able to hear it though...in person its pretty loud. and i just got a new tranny a few months ago...

Double check that the axle is seated properly in the diff. It could be only partially seated.

If you can get it on a lift, you could leave it running in drive and turn the wheels all the way to the right and listen where its coming from. Some shops will be cool and just charge you $20 to hoist it and diag an undercarriage noise.

so if its a cv thats an easy fix....but if it is the diff...then what?
