The "Rooms Booked" list shows only 3 King Suites booked (out of 10 king rooms in the block)

svxfiles tried to register for a king room and was told there were none left. I just called the hotel and they confirmed that all the king rooms were gone from the block.

So there are 7 king rooms booked by members on the sign-up sheet that are not on this list. Whoever booked a king room, please add your name and confirmation number to this list.



It is hard to add needed rooms to this block without the cooperation of everyone. This has happened many times before and I try to insure that people can get what they want, but I need your help.

While monitoring this list, if I knew the King rooms were running low (assuming I was using an accurate list), I could have done something earlier. Since I saw only 3 were taken, I assumed that the remaining 7 would be sufficient for awhile.


I will try to get a couple more king rooms added. If that is not possible, be advised that anyone who registers at the hotel will have to settle for 2 Queen bed rooms only.

THIS IS WHY I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE FOR YEARS TO REGISTER EARLY WITH THE HOTEL!
IT WILL BE VERY HARD TO ADD TO THE BLOCK WITHIN A WEEK OF THE CUTOFF DATE.

Hey John, just thought I would point out as I was just curious, you can go to Hotels.com and get a 2 queen room for about the same price after the taxes and fees

I negotiated an extension of the room block deadline with the Holiday Inn.

The original deadline has now been extended an additional week.
