The route is something like <this>. I have "C" set to meet at a "park-n-ride" lot.
Let it Snow has set "B" to an area north of Syracuse surrounded by gas stations, Dunkin Donuts, and wateva
So far we have Crazy pilot, Let it snow +1, ??Benztech??, Subbyru89 & me.

Benztech PM'd me about joining the convoy in Syracuse, so hopefully he'll be joining at point B as well. I'm going to make a quick stop for food/gas at B. It's only been 200 miles at that point so I shouldn't need gas, but that will syncronize everyone's mileage if we all leave with full tanks.

True.

We should have no problem hitting Scranton from Syracuse on one tank, but I'll need to fill up at some point.

You should be able to make it to Morgantown if you fill up in Syr...

Rob, just to clarify, in the past posts in the other thread it was mentioned that someone else would be meeting up in Syracuse. Is that Benz? Or is there someone else coming??

To the best of my knowledge, Crazy is going to meet Benz and me at 81 and 31, and that's all of us.

There's a Dunkin Donuts <here> that might be a good spot.

I did a quick "joy ride" through Centralia today. I wanted to pick out a scenic route. Some of the towns up that way, may have been thriving during the coal boom, but are now rather shabby so I routed around them

It should add 40 min to an hour to the trip depending on any stops.

Ha! That went fast!

AFAIK, this is the latest version of the route, since Centralia has been pitched from the program:

Chris - you'll know you're close when you see the Brewerton exit. The next one is Cicero/Rte 31 - exit there, turn left at the end, and the Dunkin Donuts is on the triangular block where 31 meets Lakeshore Rd. If three hours of early driving has you zombied so you miss it: if you start seeing pharmacies, you've gone too far. Should be a piece of cake, all told.

Sounds good. Google stuff printed, noted and ready to roll.

All that's left is gassing up, a quick wash, and buy some beer.

Crud, in all my running around I didn't make it to the Beer Store before they closed. Nuts. I'll see what I have left here and bring it.

Hee hee! And to think that I just opened my eyes, I've still got packing to do, and I'll still catch this train!
