Wow, this new site is defintely a step backwards. I ALWAYS used the old site's diagrams as reference for putting things back together, plus it was super easy to find almost anything. For anyone who hasn't checked yet, the parts listings (once you find them) are done in the same style as 1stsubaruparts.com, with very basic diagrams. Bad move.

This new site is useless. There's no part numbers, half the parts are simply called "SVX", the checkout isn't like the old site...I loved the checkout on the old site. All I had to do was click a part and it was added to the list in the recommended quantity.

Big thumbs down.

Please let us know what you find out. I have a feeling the Bruce Titus dealership has sold out of the dot-com parts business.

That new site is rubbish. Absolute frustration to try to find ANYTHING. I cannot find throttle body gasket or clips for exterior cladding. I plan on making a call to Liberty to make my order instead.

WOO! Progress!!!!

I sent a comment e-mail thing in to the website, and got replies from both Rick Griffith and Trish Lee saying the old system for SVX parts will be back up by the end of the week. Looks like complaining got somewhere!

At first, using the new site was a hassle. But then I found the old system (it was up and fully functional as of Monday) and calmed down. The link to the old system is here.

http://www.subaruparts.com/diag/?model=2

You need to be logged in (like before) to use it, but that'll give you access to the old system. Hope this helps people who were just as lost as I was.

That's good news.

I spoke with Trish by phone a couple of months ago and was delighted by her courtesy and professionalism (DHL had taken weeks to deliver a package, and she cheerfully refunded the S&H charge and tagged my account "UPS only"). I hope she will continue to be the go-to person for subaruparts.com.

You can use this link for the time being, http://www.subaruparts.com/diag/?model=2.
However, our developers have not converted the html over to css/xml yet.
The "old, but better" SVX lookup should be back on the site tomorrow afternoon, if all goes as planned.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks Rick. We really like your site and appreciate the service we got from Trish. I would hate to loose such a great place to get parts. Thanks
