Help with location and use for

This might sound a little dumb to some but if you don't know you have to ask.

Where are the sensor on these engines
coolant--I know that is water temp.
Speed???
crank????
timing i guess there is one
Are there anymore engine wise to keep it running
Pictures would do i tried to find them in here but no luck

What do they do.

Front engine seals
Cam seals??can you do them with just the removal of th belt and pulley
Crank???Same here.

I got this problem that has been bugging me for months now....When driving interstate doing about 65 and above it like you turn off the switch for a split second and a big jerk go a few miles then agian. I have no codes and below that nothing...all is good or if you just mash the pedal it will just do good until you drive steady above the 55 MPH then it will start again..TPS MAF all been change volts are good to them. Idles perfect fuel miliage around 29.
If you can send me pm or post I need to get this fix soon for a trip is in the making, I have 2 others but i want to take this one and get it fix,
Thanks
Art

coolant - driver's side top rear of engine (2 wires)
Speed - passenger side top front of tranny
Crank - under alternator

You're correct about the seals...just make sure not to damage the metal around the seals.

Significant Technical Input
Before beginning to throw a bunch of parts at it try checking your ignition switch. You wouldn't be the first owner to have a faulty one - in fact, it may just be loose.

Done that one still the same. what puzzes me is no codes. In the ecu or trans. It is the most brain strin i have had on a vehicle in a long time. I know it has to be simple because it so diffacult to find. I just don't know where to go from here but the fuel part. Replace fuel filter so far.

Well after weeks of playing around and paying a lot of money out i took it on my own to see if i could find the problem---Well i took all the coils and check them and pull the spark plugs well after a cost of 165.oo for a plug change they forgot to change the last one on the drivers side..I guess it was the hardest one so they left it alone---well i got a set and put all back and it fix the problem no more hiccuping at all, but now i have this gray tail pipes and residue on the rear bumper which looks likes it is running real lean, is this a problem or does these run lean.... I dove it pretty hard after fix to make sure all was ok...It dives like a new one now..

It'll take some miles to re-adjust the ECU's settings....give it a week and go from there.

Glad it's fixed
