I will help you with what I can. I am at school now and do not have my manual with me.
There should be 53 teeth between each cam mark and the crankshaft mark. This will tell you if it is lined up correctly.
Also I start on the passenger cam because it will jump easier and is the hardest to set right. A tech trick is to use a large black paper clip to hold the t-belt in position while you finish routing it through all the pulleys.
The tensioner pulley should go on last after you have everything lined up.

Good luck.

Steve

Wink

it's all good. i got her done.i think whoever put that belt on didn't use the lines on the belt at all and just did there best to line up the marks. i got it all set up now. i can't believe how completely different the car sounds now. it sounds pretty damn sweet actually. revs very well now and responds to the throttle better.torque band feels much flatter now. no wonder it ran kinda rough with 3 cyl. advanced and 3 retarded! unfortunately, i broke the adjuster bolt for the alternator belt but it will still work till i can fix it. can't wait to see how much better it runs after the computer learns.

Cool
