Depends, what'd you learn about pounding nails? Best of luck and don't be suprised if it takes longer than you want it too. Just keep working at it!

i didn't get a "real" job until about four years after i was out of college, and not for lack of trying. hope that helps your outlook.

Offcourse you are right, but i am having only 1 year to find a job and get someone to sponsor H1 for me. Otherwise i have to leave this country(offcourse my SVX tooo ). I have to get all this done by august of next year. But for someone to have my H1 sponsored by that time must apply for it sometime before since there is a time limit to apply for it and also some allocated Quota for each year. I think you got my point and why I am worried .

If i am having green card or if i am having citizenship, then i would have waited as much time as I can to get a really good job. But now I cant work outside as a part time also, since i am not a citizen.

considered finding a nice lady-friend to settle down with? that may take care of your 'staying in the country' concerns/ maybe even the 'eating' issue, but it might not be of help in the job dept..... lol, j/k good luck Pavan

Yeah, I am living with my sister and she works in Cingular Wireless as S/W programmer (Data Refreshing/Migration). But she works on Seibel and I am not familiar with Seibel, Otherwise she would have seen some position in her office itself.

you could try hyundai. they opened up a new plant in alabama and i've heard that they are handing out H1's and greencard sponsorships like hotcakes. that's from a korean news source though, so i dunno if not being korean would have the same benefits.
