I know that this does not belong in this thread.....
....but it the only way I can think of (besides PMing every attendee from Reading VII) to make sure all of the regular Reading attendees hear about this issue.
Please read and respond to this thread regarding Reading 8 dates and hotel availablilty. Time is of the essence here.

The essential information is in post #24. My instincts tell me to just go ahead and do it now for 40 rooms. That gives the hotel time to get a contract to me and sign it. Things really aren't official until they get a signed contract back. In the meantime I can get more feedback here
