Any good mufflers out there?

I need a new muffler, I dont have any Idea where to start looking. If you have installed a new muffler on your svx or just have some helpful input I would appreciate it. I need a Performance muffler to finish my exhaust.

Also, have you heard the beast (SVX) with the catalytic off and no connections to exaust...****ING SWEET.

I have a flowmaster 80 and I like it.
I have driven my svx with open exhaust - very evil! I liked it!
Alot of members use magnaflow or stebro.

you'll always have to redo the piping espcially when cutting out half the muffler because ours is 3/4 of the rear end. Shipping with UPS 5 days max As a Local 688 teemster member and UPS employee Im happy to offer at least some shipping knowledge.

Full Boar Mufflers

Found Full Boar Mufflers while doing research in the Internet. Naturally, their charts show their mufflers flow better than Flowmasters. They're aluminized steel with a lifetime warranty and they retail for only $50! Sounds too good to be true but the people I spoke with assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. So for $50 and install labor I'm going to beta test one instead of a Flowmaster, (especially since I'm still not sure what Flowmaster to use). Meanwhile I'm waiting for Full Boar to finish their new web site and they're sending me a catalogue. Full Boar is a subsidiary of the largest exhaust tip manufacturer in the country and all their stuff is made in the U.S. If their product works as advertised they'll be a nice resource for exhaust related stuff. The big questions, do they really flow as advertised and if so, how loud?

2- 40's A.T. series would sound Mean. 1 80 would be almost a bolt on and sound awsome and being very close to what the car should have.

Have a muffler for sale

I have the following muffler for sale. It's high gloss stainless steel. This is the same muffler offering by Motorsport Warehosue as part of their sVX exhaust upgrade kit. it fits in exactly the same place, although it's much smaller and lighter, as the stock muffler.

Magnaflow 14266 Camaro style muffler One-into-two; 2-1/2 in. inlet; Two by 2-1/4" outlets. - $125.00.

Or make me an offer.

Flowmasters are about the lowest flowing high performance muffler out there, so I wouldn't be surprised if the Full Boar actually does flow better than the Flowmaster. :-)

Have you looked at cut aways of them?!? they should be the highest flowing just this side of straight through.

Did you mean that the Flowmasters are the highest flowing just this side of straight through?
