Personally, I think drinking does more harm than good when trying to get a good night's sleep. Sure, you fall asleep easily but you also wake up early in the morning feeling tired and restless.

I simply avoid too much caffeine during the day, avoid napping, and take melatonin at night. Works great.

Well last time I tried NyQuil I woke up 2 hours later....I'll try more If that doesn't work, then I'll just pull an all nighter and stay up until the right time the next night.
