Crank markings, bearing thicknesses, clearances

On the crank shaft there is the following marking:

BBBACAC
12532
IZZZII

The first row is main journals - right? Mine are:

#1 59,995mm
#2 60,000mm
#3 59,995mm
#4 60,005mm
#5 59,995mm
#6 60,000mm
#7 59,995mm

The second row?

Third row may be big end journals? Mine are all 51,990mm. All rod "eyes" are 55.000mm except #3 which is 55.005mm.

The FSM gives OEM big end bearing thickness range 1,486-1,498mm. Aftermarket bearing (ACL) thicknesses are given max 1,500mm and for the "X" max 1,487mm. No tolerance is given - just the max thickness at the crown.

Since my diameters are all in opposite ends of the tolerances I need the "X" bearings to get any sensible oil clearances.... 0,011mm is just way, way too tight.

Any comments?

Tapani
