Seen in Casper, Wyoming

This is a long shot, I know: I live in northern Wyoming and am in Casper, Wyoming today, 3.5 hours from home. Saw a maroon/black SVX far off on the other side of the highway. He didn't see me. Couldn't get a photo.

The driver looked to be older but not sure.

Anyone have a clue? It's the only other SVX I've seen in this state. Could be from Colorado, too.

Looked to be pretty nice, too, but I only had about 1.2 seconds with it at about 150 yards.
