Any pics with Murano wheels?

Wondering if 225/45/18 would clear everything and yet ride smoother than 40 series.

I have lowered 4 cars in the past and only one would I do again. I have just purchased a set of Murano wheels and wondered what they might look like on various colored cars....mine is the Barcelona red.

All pics would be welcomed.

Dave

Re: Any pics with Murano wheels?

With the taller rim and the 45 profile your speedo will be quite off. And it may affect your brakes as well, Different rolling diameter I think.
Well I dont think the speedo will be much more then 3-4 mph off after checking with tire size calculator.

Re: Any pics with Murano wheels?

They will most likely rub on the rears. I had to raise my rear end to compensate for the lower offset.

Is the silver lowered? What size tires?

Did you have to raise it AFTER you had lowered it? Those look like 225/40/18s

Re: Any pics with Murano wheels?

I wouldnt use anything larger than 225 40's. The offset on the murano wheels is much lower, so there are sometimes clearance issues with the outer lip of the fender and quarter panel.
