Shouldn't cause any problems, just annoying. May be the cold oil raises the line pressure, but that is usually accounted for by the TCU through the ATF temp sensor.

Hmm, i seem to think it runs rather well when cold. I almost want to say it only misbehaves after longer trips. Even when its cold out.
