Hi all!

Hey all, new to the board here. I'm out here in Wisconsin with my newly aquired Teal 92 LS-L with 102k miles and climing. Well kinda, the PO's mechanic screwed up the front axle seals when installing the new trans. 20K later the front diff bearings started to whine, due to no lube... Needless to say the gears are probably toast too. The warranty was, of course, not honored, and I found myself with 2 matching Teal 92's for $4500. The other one had kissed a tree dead center on the front bumper at round 30ish so it's a parts car, but has a clear title so who knows what I'll do with it eventually as it seems to be repairable. For now it's giving up its front diff till i gather the parts(and cash) for a 6 speed swap in the good one! Anyways just thought I'd introduce myself and I'm sure I'll be picking your brains in the future and passing out the little svx info I have so far.
Later all,
Dave

Cool Dave.
Welcome to the board, I'm sure you will find a wealth of information here.
I have found the answers to a number of my questions without even trying.
Make sure you use the "How To" section, as well as the "Search" button under your sign-in status. They cover a lot of questions already asked numerous times in the past, and no doubt will cover the same ones in the future. Also saves a lot of footwork.

You've picked the right place to look for information, and brotherhood.

Hello Dave

You are very welcome to the board, you'll find a lot of friends on here. And SVX nuts!!!

Now as regards picking brains, you are in the wrong shop. They have to organise a Reading meet once a year here to get the equivalent of one brain together.

They're a pretty good bunch, just the same.

Joe
