seat removal

I was going through the tons of self fixes folders but didn't see any for seat removals. Is it a big project and does anyone have the directions? I need to really clean b/w the seats and middle consol.

It is VERY easy. There are five 14MM bolts on each seat. One at each corner, except two at the rear inside corner. After you unbolt the driver's seat, you will need to rock it back gently so you can unplug the two wiring harnesses. Nothing to it.

Is there any way to save the tabs on the plastic covers hiding the bolts?

My seats have been out several times and most of these tabs are either cracked or broken.
