4.44 Rear diff/diff gear swap

So. I have a 1992 SVC LSL. I have the 5 speed out of a 2004 forester xt. I have the rear diff from an 01 forester. They both have 4.44 final drive ratios however after installing the transmission I realized that they splines on the axles don't fit the hubs. And the splines on the oldaxles don't fit the new diff. I'm in a bad position right now. Does anyone know how to/if swapping the gears into the old diff housing would help. I don't actually know how to swap the gears so if anyone knows how and could point me in that direction I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance guys.
