The warning labels on my sun visors are badly discolored and "groady" looking to the point of being almost unreadable. Is there any reason not to cover them up/ cut them out or paint over them with Krylon Fusion Plastic adhering paint in a closely matching color? I have tested the paint on a dead visor and it seems to be adhering well.

I don't see why not. I put overlay stickers on our '06 Vibe.

i just took my entire visor off and the last time i was pulled over the cop didnt say anything except "weird windows"

I think it is a manufacturer's liability issue, like the labels on your mattress. Tear them off and don't fear jail time.
