Smile Svx transmisssion question

In swapping 4.44 gears into a svx transmission, (which has 3.54 gears), to get the speedometer to be correct, it appears that the speedo drive and driven gears would have to be replaced.

These gears appear to be located on the front differential assembly. Furthermore, it would appear that inorder to get the transfer clutch to operate properly, the output shaft and transfer clutch shell would have to be replaced inorder to get the correct tail shaft speed.

I am wondering if the above statements made by me are correct, and also if any other components would be necessary inorder to get the proper speed inputs to the TCM.

Thanks for any help.
