It is really pretty hot under the hood of the SVX. When it gets over 10 years old, I reckon all the rubber hoses start to harden and perish.
On the good side, if you take the trouble to replace them, you will have another 10 or 12 years without worry.

Hey, if spraypainting the arms is good enough for svxcess, it's just plain good enough
As for the waterfalll...parsonal opinion, it looks horrible when painted. Id just drive around with it like it is untill you have some cash for a 97 grill

SHARP car!
2 things. First, I love the painted waterfall grill look. I'm currently working on matching the paint - I think I'm going to have it professionally done. Second, Where'd you get the Guigaro decals?? I saw them on another SVX too and loved it.

Yeah my bumper is f'ed up.. and you can see where I destroyed part of the housing in the lit-up pic. Oh well still an improvement. I took out the fog light deflectors now one points higher than the other, how do I adjust them?

took about 10 minutes to lay down some newspaper under the wipers and throw a quick coat on them.. they look 100% better now. The big things* don't seem so bad once all the little ones are taken care of
*windshield replacement
