Electrical question-horn circuit

I removed the horns from my car as I was fabbing up a bracket to mount my new Hella horns. While they were removed, I did hit the horn buttons forgetting I had no horns I finished the install tonight but have no horns-either stock or Hella and I'm confused. The fuse is good and when I hit the buttons I can hear a relay clicking but no horn regardless of key position

Any ideas for me to try?

Thanks
Todd

Hitting the horn button while hte horn was disconnected should have zero effect, as the circuit wasn't complete, so no electricty could flow. I would check the leads to make sure you have everything hooked up correctly. Did you wrap the leads in electrical tape to ensure that they would not ground out with the body while the horn was not installed? Hitting the horn while hte positive lead was touching the body could cause some issues. I think there's a relay under the hood for the horn as well as the fuse in the car, but i'm not entirely sure.
