ABS code 5 problem

My ABS light came on the other day and the ABS controller blinks a 5 code.
Left Front wheel sensor. I replaced the sensor but still get the error.
Do I replace the controller next or does anyone have any other suggestions.

Try clearing the code and see if it comes back.

Doesn't the code clear when you shut off the engine? Or is there some other way to reset it?

Ended up replacing the ABS Controller. Found one on E-Bay for $50.
