Need to lose some weight?
If you need to loose some weight, PM or email me. I don't want to use this fourm to get into health issues, but if you have tried everything and are sick of trying things that don't work, get in touch with me. I have found something that works great and is not only easy, but healthy to do and will give you back your health and energy. It has changed my life and I would love to help others who have had the problem of extra weight all of their life or if you are wanting to get some extra weight off. Earl, I prefer if you post your method in here, well you tried it right? It worked for you and you had great results, so it is good to share it and for those who will comment negatively on it, well it is their problem...
As for me, when I force myslef in a diet, I start by drinking a whole bottle of mineral water instead of breakfast, well it is going to be hard in the beginning, but it will clean your stomach, kidney and liver... it will also burn some fat out of your body. Then after an hour or so, I would have my breakfast. In the evening, I wear winter sports clothing and use the treadmill for 20-30 mins on fast walking mode. I eat the usual normal FATTY and FUICY things I daily enjoy  Lost 13 pounds last year in 2 months... not bad

I lost 58 lbs in 5 months, and I drank MORE alcohol than usual, did LESS exercise, and ate MORE and WORSE food.
The key to weight loss is a hyperactive thyroid that is working triple-time! PS: I am on drugs to fix it, and my liver is ****ed, my heart beats too fast, and it's killed my immune system. But hey, WEIGHT LOSS! Edit: Also, Earl it kinda sounds like you're trying to sell something, hehe. Got some pills for me to drop in my stomach tank? haha

 interesting read, my secret is walking 30+ miles a week, works for the postman too, but if it isn't part of your job it can be a bit of a PITA to keep it in the schedule

i lost 50lbs in a little over a month and a half (235 -> 185). as Dza said, no magic pills. its actually very simple: burn more calories than you shove in your piehole.
i limited myself to 1000-1500 calories a day, with almost no fat. i moved the exercise bike in front of the TV, and (working up to it) did 2-3 hours a day on it - not always all at once - i think i made an effort to do 15-20 miles/day. easy. the hard part is just finding the willpower to do it *everyday*. i'm still at 185lbs 10 years later. (usually 190-195, but i was sick all last week and lost some weight. )

At 6'5" and only 150 pounds I don't even know why I clicked the link....although I know from high school experimenting that a 2000 calorie a day month is no different from a 6000 calorie a day month.....

Earl, could you post some Before and After of your pics?
I'm standard at 5,8" plus of a lil less than 150lbs. I don't think I need to lose more weight. But I would love to find out more...that I could share with some of my friends. Please PM me some info, earl thanks. If possible, why don't you just post out there?
