Not familiar with Taylor, yet, haven't heard anything bad about them.

My personal "axe" is a Martin DM outfitted with Elixers. "Stole" it for $450.00 US.

After looking at Taylor's pricing, I should say they've GOT to be good!!!

May want to visit here:

They have a fantastic selection of guitars and excellent pricing.

One of my co-workers is a serious acoustic player (changes strings once a month ) and swears by Takamine. Of course, you can never go wrong with a Martin or Gibson.

The Taylors do look very nice, though. Too rich for my blood. Of course, I only play at home to accompany myself, and occasionally at gatherings of close friends, so, I don't need "much" guitar. The Martin is probably more optimistic a guitar than I need, but, its quality is very forgiving of my amateurism.

Any chance of a 'How-To' on this as I cannot work out how it is done or where to get suitable LEDs.

Andy's How-To

I'll do a How-To as soon as I can remember How-I did it, and where I got the wand from, and when I remember I'll mail you one ( it was only about £15)- it was fiddly and involved superglue, rubber grommets, wishful thinking and extreme bravery.

Exclamation

LEDs plural, no problem.

26 LEDs could be doubly unlucky, but who's counting?

Joe,
I talked to my two buds who are serious players (one who actually builds guitars) and they gave the Taylor a GLOWING review. I suppose I haven't heard of them because there's no chance in hell I'll ever own one. They said that there are people who've saved up since they were a kid just to own one.

They had nothing at all bad to say about them. Enjoy!
