My 5 speed is 2,600 RPM at 70 MPH I don't know any of the ratios I have. It is all 02 WRX except 2nd and 3rd gear that are 04.

Early WRX have a 3.90 final drive(the center differential has a 1.1:1 ratio to retain the stock 3.54 rear diff), and if memory serves correct, a .738 5th gear. That combination is what suits it perfectly for the SVX in many people's opinions. Leaves it with a nice cruising gear for on the highways.
