Re: High Idling SVX

Well what happened was.....the first SVX i had once belong to TomSVX and had modification done to it. I don't think it has the SR20DET injectors are in it though. The was previously tune by Lethal Injection Tuning and the car ran strong without the injectors or the Stage 2 tuning kit. After the accident I swapped everything over same way it was in the first car. If the MAF is the problem should I just change it or should i get the injectors and tuning chip? What about SAFC unit in the car what do i do with that?

Re: High Idling SVX

That's a pretty unique setup. Did you swap the ECU over too?

Re: High Idling SVX

Yes I swapped everything. One thing i did notice is that when the first car got into the accident the engine still ran but it was idled high. Just like the way it's idling now. What could possible be damage? The engine was not damage on the outside, so what could it be? Also what is an AACV and if it is stuck open how do I fix it?

Re: High Idling SVX

Any ideas anyone? I am really trying to get this car running right for state emission and regular daily driving.
