front suspension

picking up this light thumpity-thump at the front pass.side when i put it under
load to quick accelerate...any ideas ?

Possibly a ball joint? Do you hear it when you make turns as well?

yeah the first two things to come to mind are ball joints, and a bad double offset joint

The inner joint on your axle is a DOJ.
The outer joint is a CV - Constant Velocity

actully both the joints are CV (constant velocity)
