Well I went out and played with my car some more and it seems the only time the seat belt acts up is with car off/key out. So it must be the control computer like a few people mentioned. I'll probably just track down another one and swap it out. I know a few local shops that fix amplifiers, ECU's, TCU's, etc. I wonder if one of those shops could fix the seatbelt computer.

They may as well try to re-solder a new relay. As long as the price isn't prohibitive.

Well today I pulled out my seat belt computer and resoldered the relay and plug in conections on the circuit board like other people have done and was talked about in another huge thread about seat belts acting up. The seat belts work great again . Thanks for all the help and replies.
