Rubbing, gnarling sound... and it ain't the tires.
Sounds something like the driver side front tire rubbing something, but pulsing pattern (kinda like tire with a bubble). But, I changed all my tires because of this sound. Tada, nothing happened. Sound is still there. I can also slightly feel it on the steering wheel. One guy said it could be my front wheel bearings . Another said it could be the brake disc is off balance or the shield is rubbing. If I can fix this, I would rather do it. Could someone point me in the right direction please .

It sounds like brakes. I would guess that the brake shoe is worn or has a problem. If you take the wheel off, you can look at it and maybe decide what the problem is.

definatly sounds like brakes, either warped rotors or misworn pads.

Or maybe a broken part which is rubbing.

Right on, thanks for the thoughts. When I actually have time to go down under, I will check it out. It sure sounds alot better than a worn front wheel bearing. How's this, this alignment dude was gonna charge me $1300 just to change the driver side wheel bearing. Then he said if the hub is all bust, that's another whatever bills on top of the first quote, I only laughed. I would do it myself if that's the case, I'm just too lazy so I figured ask. Well thanks again.
