Wanted - Washer arm ball joint / motor connection

During my recent HVAC cleanup, I had the cowl and wiper motor out of the car and wound up breaking the plastic part of the joint that holds the wiper arm linkage to the wiper motor. It sort of looks like a heim joint/rod end kind of connection.

Anybody have the parts I need to fix this? I can dig up some parts diagrams or pictures if needed.
