The best place for it is, IMHO,
You install a T fitting under the stock oil pressure sensor behind the alternator, on top of the engine.

As Part of the development I am doing I plan to monitor the oil pressues and temp before I fit a oil cooler. So her is a unit that clamps between the oil filler on the housing.
