Subaru Scam bucks

I haven't received my last subaru $$$ and of course Chase and Subaru say they are not responsible for unreceived, lost, stolen subaru $$$ any ideas on how I can recover it. This isn't the first time I haven't received things from Chase and have complained about it in the past.

Very dissapointed in Subaru and Chase. Maybe I'll have to close the account.
