Clicking steering wheel?
Alright.. I've done a search for this and haven't come up with anything.
The clicking seems to be inside my steering wheel as opposed to something within the chassis.. I can't seem to find any exact points it clicks.. Just notice a few of them when turning left or right... Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have the turn signals on while turning because if you do then thats what it would be

I have no idea what the internals of a SVX steering column look like, but I have had this issue on another brand car - what it pre-signaled was the failure of some of the plastic parts for turn signals, light/wiper stalks, that kind of thing. Basically something is sticking out that shouldn't because a part is starting to fail. I ended up pulling the steering wheel and replacing the part that cancels the turn signals (this was on a VW).

I bet the wheel is catching on the plastic on the steering column. Are any of those panels loose?

I had the same problem with mine, I took the column apart and put it back together and now it no longer does it...it was the plastic inside the made the noise...
