Green1995SVX....
hey Mike,
i got all the moisture out of my taillight. in one of your old posts you said to soak the rubber gaskets in Armor-All. did you remove the gasket and literally let it soak, or will liberally appying some work? looks like it will need to be glued back on if removed completely, right? thanks!

Alan
I know that I am not Mike, but you don't have to glue the gaskets back on. They may be stuck on the light now because of time and pressure, but the new ones just go on without glue. I used Armor-All on mine, but just applied liberally and did not soak. You can coat them a couple of times, and it seems to help get new life into them again. Good luck

More on leakers
Hi all
I posted on this last year (aeons ago) as well. I found that the seals around the lights (inside the trunk) were causing the moisture problem also compounded with a slight deformity-from-manufacture that was causing the metal to bow inwards a bit much. ALSO you may find that the plastic plugs in the panels below the rear lights (also inside) may also be leaking. I sealed both items up with a little bit of silicon and hey presto, no more moisture. Matt
