I like the look and voted that the badges should stay, but think it's too bad they're not made of something more substantial.

I believe it was Subaru Of America's idea to add the badges, that's why no other country got them. They added them on at the port as they arrived, they were not apllied by the factory. In fact, you won't see them listed in a factory manual......only SOA's parts manual has them listed.

I have a 92, and it doens't *didn't* have the badges. However i liked the concept so much that i bought one on ebay...which makes my car lopsided since i only have one!! So i vote you keep them on, however if you do remove them, send em this way!

I already asked for them like the 2nd post, they're mine! $5 sounds good!

I think you should keep them on. Mine were removed when I got a new paint job, and the car just deosn't look the same ever since.

Steve,

I'm 99% certain that I'll remove them. I'll let you know by tomorrow what my decision is, and I could have them shipped to you as soon as Wednesday of this week...

Take them off

Cleaner look is better. I de-badge most of my cars.

Cool

Remove them, Chike, buy two more, and affix all four to your headrests. Now, not only have you made a trendy fashion statement, but you can instantly identify your SVX amongst all the other ones in the AAMCO parking lot.

Ron (better living through cheesy decorum).

When you order the emblems they come in SOA packaging and have "MADE IN THE USA" marked on them. They were one of those 'installed at port' items like the rear spoiler.

Steve,

They're yours! I removed them this morning and took some before and after pics. I stuck them on a sheet of A4 paper, so when I mail them to you, just let it soak in water for 5 minutes, and you'll be able to easily remove the emblems with no paper stuck to the back.

I'll post pics tonight.
