Hi Andy. sorry about your father.
Hope you will stay with this forum and let us know how you are doing. I found here a lot of friends so owning (feeding my SVX with hard earned money) is not so "hard" :-) As for me, I am looking at new Legacy 3.0R. I have already had one for weekend testing (with 5 speed AT) and I am still very impressed... Take care, Peter |

Thank you all for your kind words. I have been helped through this all by your comments. We have been coping very well, celebrating a wonderful life, lived for others, and being thankful that he was spared a painful end.

Sorry to hear of your loss Andy.
Congratulations on the new purchase...a friend's dad has just bought one and I am keen to see what they 'go like' - it appears that there were gremlins afoot but I like to think of all SVX's that no longer run as having gotten there as a result of "racing M3's" (that had me in stitches!) or Porsche Turbo's. Hopefully we will be able to come visit the island - a little under 3 months left for us here...looking forward to meeting up with you guys and putting names to faces Best wishes James

Thanks James.
Looks like you could be over in time for the meet. I will do my best to come too. If we don't see each other there, You will always be welcome on a little isle.

Bad enough you giving the ricer people an earful. With threats like the above, you could start off mass defections. First sign of a rear bearing growling, all the boys will be selling their cars and inviting you and your lady friends to the auction!!

Well OK then.
Girls would be all right if you are reluctant to bring along the wimmen. Thanks for all the nice pics also. As Andy said, would be good to know who all the faces are. And if the whip and chain gang won't travel with you, come alone. We got wimmens over here. Lots of 'em.
