i think porter did something and proved that it provided a fair amount of downforce at 100MPH... like he videotaped the car or took a picture of it still, and then at 100mph and figured out the difference in ride height and then figured the dowforce required for that difference in ride height.,.. dunno for sure though

If I can detirmine if it is functional then I won't move it back like my plans are to do... Some people have moved thiers back about 2 inches and it gives the rear end a totally diffrent look...
