Whos car IS THIS???

I went to the Lancaster County Motors Today because i heard rumors of a black over white svx on the lot... Ive always wanted one and was prepared to give up my green baby for this car today. I looked over the car and the outside was really in good shape, as was the interior. I drove it. It ran great aside from a clunking from the rear when you left off of the gas at slow speeds. The thing is... The car had a "SVX CLUB" cling sticker on the windshield above the inspection sticker... Whos car was it? Any ideas what the clunking sound is? Otherwise i really love it. The Speed sensative steering is MUCH different in feel compared to the RPM sensing in my L. Thanks!

Not Mine because Mine Isn't For Sale.
The clunk could be drive train, CV joints or universals on rear propeller shaft or maybe the transfer clutch pressure being relieved.

Mine does the exact same thing, and has since I bought it. I've had the entire driveline checked for lash and my AWD works, so I have no idea what it is...

You don't hear people compare the two types of steering very often but it does make a huge difference in the way the car feels and drives. I drove an L a few years ago and noticed it right away. My LSi is easier to control at both lower and higher speeds, and this is not imaginary. It's real as evidenced by you noticing it right away. The speed sensitive just 'feels' better.

The club decal on that car is the Yahoo club decal. Did you inquire there? Also, some members have gone by dealerships and asked if they could put decals on the SVXes they have in stock, so the buyer can find the club once they've bought the car.
