Well it took me about an hour and a half total. No more Xmas lights on the dash. The only issue i have is that the lower bracket screw did not want to mesh with the new Maniac H O Alternator. Screws in and out of the old Alternator no problem. No issue with the top bracket screw, though. I'll have to check on getting another lower screw. Its snug but wouldn't screw completely tight.

An hour and a half.....
A STEELERS GUY could have done it in 12 minutes!

Shut up... your not even a Steeler fan....IF i ever have to go there again it shouldn't take more than a half an hour, now that i know what i'm doing.

What the hell size screw do i need to be looking for, for the lower bracket.

Ratcheting wrench for this operation makes things a lot easier... thank gooodness... And hammer and Pry bar was definitely needed...

Terry Bradshaw says 8mm, 1.25 thread, at least 45mm long under the head.
