Trying to avoid forclosier on the 'dream'.
Lawyer laid out a plan.
It seems that the 'tennants' at the farm are not 'tennants' after all! They FAILED to sign the document, failed to pay any rent!
THEREFORE!!!!
They are 'Unwelcome guests'! They can not be forced to pay back rent. They can't be forced to pay the $1,200. ELECTRIC bill!
BUT, they cannot go to court and sue me for having them 'removed' on Saturday! I have a BUNCH of people ready to go there, one of them wears a badge and is LOOKING for one of the SQUATERS!!
(I MIGHT get $100. for the bounty on this puke!)
That will be the FIRST 'positive cash flow' from the farm since these SQUATERS took over!

That is SAD!! I give them a 'chance' to EXCELL and the only cash I can count on is a BOUNTY for one of them!
They have pushed me to the brink of financial disaster! They have done NOTHING to help me!
Next week, a NEW crew! (Case searches completed, references checked),
OPEN for business!

I 'FAILED' at my mission today. The cops wouldn't throw them out because MD has a law that it has to be over 32 degrees! I think that the fugitive has a nice warm bed at the County Hilton though.

After I had a chat with a court commissioner, I was told to charge them for the damages and thefts. Also charge the guy that I told them to keep out of my truck with 'un authorized use of a vehicle'. I had to leave work and get a release from the cops to get it out of impound.
The one guy, (the court Commissioner told me) , was released from prison recently, The charge was MURDER! He beat a retarded guy to death with a baseball bat with a spike drove through it to get his paycheck from Goodwill!
The non- tennant was charged with a loaded firearm in a vehicle last week.

The guy that just got out of prison was charged with a different murder in 1993! He got away with that one! He only has 35 'battery' charges, most of them were NP'd by the states attny!
They have a latin name for NP'd but it means NOT PROSICUTED!!
Usually, it applies to a plea bargain! He sold someone else out in a 'deal'!

This puke beat a retarded guy to DEATH with a baseball bat w a spike drove through it on the downtown Cumberland MALL! he served LESS than 8 years!

WHY is he NOT in PRISON?? Why do I have to go to COURT to get him and his other criminals thrown OUT of MY 'space'? I had NO idea who he was! I told the 'non-tennant' that I didn't WANT people like him NEAR me!
When the non-tennant mentioned the name of the fat guy that was stopping by, I ASKED if he was the MURDERER, and was told NO. I said at that time that I didn;t want that scumbag NEAR me!
When he got out of prison, he came in with daddy!
Now he is included in the eviction process, even though I TOLD them to keep him OUT of my space!

When you have to evict someone, it sucks! When you have to evict a MURDERER, you oil the GUNS and wait for what comes next!
Gotta go clean the guns now. I paid the courts today to take out the TRASH!!
If they show up here, the trash WILL be 'taken out'!!

This past Saturday I was called by a friend of Jerry's that weighs no more than 120#s.(Really clean Black 92 SVX!)
It was Saturday morning, about 10:00am, and I was outside about to go to the bank, having forgotten about my appointment with Jerry at the farm...
He had been to Jerry's farm already and wanted to know where Jerry was.

With my 9 temporaily broken, (Thanks Dave

) I grabbed the Akita, and sped to the farm.
No 9, no one outside, only one around the farmhouse track in the snow, and phone reception five miles away, we are coming back.

What do you guys think, 12X8pump, 12X12semi, or 7.62X30?

They wanted to know if I had any objection to them SEARCHING the place looking for stolen 'loot'. I said, "do you need my KEYS?, You can search anywhere you want to".
Then I said for them to take a drug dog and haul ALL of them to jail!

Talked with the law enforcement community today. The 'visable' stuff was not enough to convict. However, there is a blue Polaris 4 wheeler in a garage that I have a 'vested' interest in, that matches the discription of a stolen machine, that building has had the lock changed without my permission or approval!
I have 'offered' to put a new lock on that door and allow my 'witnesses' access to the facility.
Since that garage is over 100 feet from the house that I have been denied access to, and I have talked to land lords extensively, about 'out buildings'. I am within my rights!
From what I have been told by law enforcement, they have enough to CONVICT 5 of them!
We are working on the other 2 now!
I, again, offered them access to MY shops! I have NOTHING to hide! I just need RID of these criminals!
