SVXless (kinda)

I shouldn't have sold my 94 Blue Lsi. I regret it now. But, now it's time for another Pearlie or an Ebony. By the way, Porter, you are going to HELL. Just kidding. Hope the car is as much fun for you as it was for me.

Damn! Change your name to BitterExSVX.

That blue is a real nice color....why did you ever part with it?

No Worries

I was unemployed and would rather see the car go to a good home than a repo auction.

It's ok Joe... though I should come back down to Florida and whoop up on you for selling me a car with blown CV boots... LOL.

I'm paying $600 for new front axles at discount.... cheaper to replace the whole axles than to get the CVs repaired and rebooted.

I've got serious money problems.

The car is great though! Thanks man! You rule... you gotta come up to NC this spring for the next Dragon meet.

Have you already committed to this expense? I bought one with torn boots and failing CV's also. I'm getting CV half-shafts from CVO for $75 each. Installation shouldn't be that expensive.

i am with porter.

it may be much more expensive to replace the whole axle but in the long run it is less of a hassle. time is super valuable to me so i can not afford to wait on these idiots at the shop.

I was quoted $75 an hour and 8 hours of labor from 3 different shops to change the CV boots on an SVX. That's not even including the parts. Screw that.

I'll buy the axles and replace them myself tomorrow night... no worries and brand spanking new CVs.
